Financial Market Stability Board (FMSB) established at the Federal Ministry of Finance

As defined in article 13 (1) of the Federal Act on the Institution and Organization of the Financial Market Authority, the Financial Market Stability Board was established at the Federal Ministry of Finance to promote financial market stability, reduce systemic threats and lower systemic and procyclical risks. The members of the FMSB and their alternates are installed by the federal government, acting on a proposal of the Finance Minister.
